When moving furniture, try to lift objects rather than pushing or pulling over the floor surface.

Timber floors will darken with exposure to light. Move rugs/furniture occasionally to avoid patches of
different colour. All flooring will fade when exposed to direct sunlight.

Please ensure vacuum head has no protruding sharp edges.

Never wet or saturate a timber floor directly. Use a well wrung out mop head and an approved timber

Be aware that dirt and sand are abrasive and can be harmful to your floors. Remove dirt and spills promptly.

prevent damage from the sun's powerful rays).

Maintain suitable temperature and humidity levels all year round in your home. The use of a dehumidifier
and humidifier are advised to prevent high/low levels of humidity.

Identify any loose appliance fittings or water leaks. These can be potential hazards to the life of your flooring.

Ensure your new flooring is covered in your home insurance under accidental damage (accidents do happen).
